  • The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the original payment.
  • The service provided is incorrect, defective, or not as described.

Refunds are not provided for personal reasons, change of mind, or if the service is working as described.

Free hosting services are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after the 24-hour window from the original payment.
  • Refunds requested due to personal reasons, change of mind, or circumstances outside of FreezeHost's control.
  • add-ons, or third-party services.
  • Services paid with discounts or promotional offers.
  • Accounts involved in abuse, spam, or malicious activity.
  • Any breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
