FreezeHost is a free 24/7 hosting service that provides game hosting for Minecraft servers and Discord bots (Python and Node.js).

1. Log in to our Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Subdomains tab.
3. Enter your desired subname; the free subdomain is created with *.freezehost.com.
4. Select the node of your server and enter your server port from the panel.
5. Click Create. It usually takes 2–5 minutes to start working.

Because we use MSH, setting up Geyser is different. For help, join our Discord.

1. In the #commands channel, type /claimgeyser and specify your Java server port.
2. This gives access to a standalone Geyser server in our Panel.
3. Install the Floodgate Plugin on your Java Server from the `Plugins` tab.
4. Restart the server, then copy the key.pem/floodgate.pem file from the Floodgate plugin folder to the home files tab of your Geyser server.
5. In the Geyser server's 'Startup' tab, set the auth type to 'floodgate' (case-sensitive).
6. Restart both servers. Bedrock players can now join using the Geyser port, and Java players can join as usual.

Edit the server.properties file in our panel and set online-mode=false. Then, restart your server.

1. Log in to our dashboard.
2. Buy resources using earned coins.
3. Go to the Servers Tab, locate your server, press the edit icon, enter the new configuration, and click edit.
4. Your server is upgraded.

Go to our panel, open your server, copy its address, and add it in Minecraft under Multiplayer > "Add Server".

Go to our dashboard and follow the steps to create your first server.

First, make yourself an operator (OP) on the server. Once connected, use the commands /whitelist on to enable it and /whitelist add to add players.

In the server console on our panel, type the command op your_username_here. Only grant OP to trusted players.

The recommended way is through the panel:

1. Access your server via our panel.
2. Select your server, then go to “Tools” > “Plugins”.
3. Browse and install your desired plugin.

Important: Review our rules before adding plugins. Unauthorized ones may lead to suspension.

1. This usually happens if the server crashed, often due to a faulty plugin.
2. Check the console logs to identify the problematic plugin, then remove or replace it.
3. If the crash is due to low RAM, consider upgrading your server plan.

1. Log in to our panel.
2. Go to the “Startup” tab and set your desired Minecraft version.
3. Go to “Settings” and press the “Reinstall” button.

Note: Snapshots and other unofficial versions are not supported.
