Is My Server 24/7?

Yes — your server is online 24/7 and always ready to play. However, we use a system called MSH (Minecraft Server Hibernation) to keep performance smooth and fair for everyone.

What is Hibernation?

When no players are online for a while, your server automatically goes to sleep to save system resources. This allows us to host more servers with better performance, especially for a free plan. Your world, plugins, and settings are 100% saved, and your server is still considered "online" from our end.

What Happens When I Join?

When someone tries to join a hibernating server:

1. The system detects the join request.
2. Your server automatically starts in the background.
3. The player is connected as soon as the server is ready (usually within 20–30 seconds).

There's nothing you need to do — just connect, and we'll take care of the rest.

Is My Data Safe?

Absolutely. When your server hibernates:

• Your world is saved exactly as you left it.
• No files are deleted or changed.
• Everything resumes when the server wakes up.
