If you encounter the "Java command not found" error, follow these steps:

  1. Check Java Version: Go to the Startup tab in your server settings.
  2. Set the Correct Java Version: Adjust the Java version according to your Minecraft version:
    • Older than 1.5.2: Use Java 5 or higher (Java 8 recommended).

    • 1.20.5 or newer: Use Java 21 or higher.

What to Do If Your Server Got Suspended

If your server has been suspended:

  1. Understand the Reason: We only suspend servers with reasonable suspicion of rule violations.
  2. Create a Ticket: If you believe the suspension was a mistake, create a ticket in our Discord.

    Include:

    • Reason for suspension
    • Server ID or URL to the server panel
    • Justification for unsuspension

    Note: Submitting a ticket does not guarantee unsuspension. If you fail to appeal, your server may be deleted to conserve resources.

How to Make Your Server Available for TLauncher and Other Cracked Clients

To allow TLauncher and other cracked clients to join your server:

  1. Access Server Properties: Go to your server's files tab and locate the server.properties file.
  2. Modify Online Mode: Find the line that says:
    online_mode=true

    Change it to:

    online_mode=false

    Warning: Allowing cracked players can introduce vulnerabilities. Always implement a login plugin before switching to offline mode.
